10th Annual Fairfax Festival at Kaw Point Park
Join us to celebrate our 10th Anniversary Fairfax Festival on October 9th with an incredible jazz performance by Lonnie McFadden and his 3-piece band ensemble! A Kansas City jazz legend, Lonnie is a world-renowned trumpeter, vocalist, tap dancer, and showman, and a true icon of Kansas City’s vibrant jazz scene. With a career spanning decades, he has performed around the globe and brought his signature energy, soul, and swing to every performance. Don’t miss this unforgettable set from one of KC’s finest!

3-4pm – Enjoy social, food, drinks and Lawn Game Tourney
4-6pm – Special sit down entertainment “Lonnie McFadden Quartet”
3-piece rhythm section back-up (Bass, Drums & Piano – Same as “Lonnie’s Reno Club” performance)
We will also still have our famously competitive Lawn Game Tourney within the first hour of the festival along with our popular Beer & Wine Garden and an assortment of food and drink, including burgers & brats. We will also have a NEW charcuterie and desserts.

Festival Tickets on Sale
Individual festival tickets are available – $35 each, includes 1 admission ticket, 2 drinks, food & 1 keepsake poster. ID is required for drinks. You will need to bring your own bag chair for seating if purchasing individual tickets. Deadline to purchase tickets is 10/2.
