She is able to combine her love of health and education to help people achieve their goals and attain good health and happiness.
Topic: Presentation on “Complaining about Complaining” and how to turn that around. Great tips for the holidays and going in to a new & positive 2021! Hear about how you can identify complaining, the five reasons people complain, tricks to stop them from complaining around you, but most importantly how to modify your own thoughts, feelings, and emotions that create your reality.
