Fairfax businesses and FIA members, please help us support the KCK PAL Holiday Party! PAL, located in northeast Wyandotte County, programs pair youth with mentors. PAL provides children ages 8-18 with after-school programs, all at no cost. Their programs are designed to provide the social and community support they need to improve their health and well-being. Police officers and adult mentors help kids develop new skills and interests that help them build confidence and positive relationships in the community while steering clear of the influences of crime and gang violence. Their programs are working to improve the community.
FIA is collecting donations to provide 175 gift bags for the PAL children and dessert at their holiday party 300 people. If you prefer to donate items, we ask for at least 175 unit treats that fit into a standard brown paper lunch sack. These treat bags will be given to children 8-18 years old.
Donations (monetary or items) can be dropped off at:
Fairfax Drainage District, 1620 Fairfax Trafficway, Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 3 PM by or before deadline of FRI, Dec 12, 2025
Any left over monetary donations will be given as a donation to support KCK PAL.
