Empire Candle Donation Drive

Looking for a way to give back to our community? Empire Candle Co., LLC will be hosting their 4th Annual #EmpireCares Toy Drive to benefit local non-profits in the KCK community!

The event will take place on November 21st and 22nd and is scheduled from 6 AM until 6 PM. Open to the public, we encourage every one near and far to come and drop-off donations. They will be giving all donors a free surprise candle (while supplies last).

In years past, the donation drive helped to plant a seed in the Wyandotte County community and they plan to nurture it and grow this event year after year. Many families in need this time of year manage to “fall through the cracks” in the system – thanks to prior events, they have been able to help over 200 families who were in this category. Out of 104 counties in Kansas, Wyandotte County ranks 104th in overall health, quality of life, health factors, and socio-economic factors. Are you willing to step up and join them and their partners in improving these numbers?

FIA is supporting this annual fundraiser and we encourage everyone to please share this event with your employees! This event is open to the public and everyone is welcome to swing by and drop-off their items between 6:00am until 6:00pm.
