If you discover a railroad crossing issue or one that is in need or repair, you can easily report it. Make sure to note the crossing number and street location (there is a sign at the crossing identifying the crossing number) and take a picture of the crossing issue.

While creating an account is optional, it does make the process of placing orders on the FIA site easier as your account information is pulled in for transactions. You can also view your account and purchase history by going to http://fiakck.org/account. See screenshot below. 

To the earlier point, you do NOT NEED to create an account for any transactions, so you can checkout as a guest. However, if you would like to login and do not have your password, simply click the forgot password option and it will send you a notification (see below) to reset your password for you. Check your email and follow the link to create a new password on the FIA site.

From there, you can reset it to a password that you will remember for next time. Again, creating an account is purely optional, so if you are stumped, simply enter your billing info and checkout as a guest. It's ok - we still like you. 🙂

Upon completion of any order, there will be a success message on the thank you page. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email with all details of your order. See the sample below. If for any reason you did not receive it, you may want to check your SPAM filter. You can also contact us and we would be more than happy to confirm the details of your order.

All embedded documents have the option to download. You will find the download button in the top toolbar. See screenshot below. Simply click that button and the download will begin.

On the checkout page, you will be given the option to create an account or login. By creating an account, it can be used for future transactions, so if you purchase a luncheon ticket every month, it might be worth it as it will save you time. However, you do NOT have to create an account, as you can simply checkout as a guest. It's purely optional.

We encourage everyone to attend our luncheons, including members and non-members. This will give you an opportunity to see the many great benefits of being an FIA member. However, we have set a limit of three (3) luncheons for non-members. Beyond that, we ask that you join the FIA to support our organization.
