The 7th annual Fairfax Festival will be held at Kaw Point Park on Oct 6, 2022 from 3:30-7:30 p.m. (rain date is Oct 13 same time). In addition to the usual live music, beer & wine garden, local food, raffle prizes, and lawn game tournament, this year we will have a mini-Wyandotte County Historical Museum featuring Fairfax 100 Years of History and a traveling museum from the Union Pacific Railroad for attendees to relish and appreciate enormous community pride in the country’s first planned industrial district!
Festival will also feature the KCKCC Jazz Quartet from 3:30–5:30, followed by The M80s who will take stage from 5:30-7:30 and then we will have a FIREWORKS FINALE to conclude our Fairfax 100th Anniversary Celebration.
Deadline to purchase tickets was 10/4/22 at midnight and they will not be available at the festival.
The first 500 to attend will receive a commemorative t-shirt and poster, koozie and cooler swag bag.
