Volunteer opportunity: Join Friends of Kaw Point Park in the cleanup and maintenance of the native rain garden and woodland restoration areas at Kaw Point Park on Saturday, June 24th from 9:00AM to 12:00. We recommend that you wear sturdy, close-toed, shoes or boots, long pants and clothing that can get dirty. Trash bags and some gardening equipment will be supplied. Bring your own work gloves and water. You can also follow this link to learn more about volunteer opportunities.
