Meeting with WyCo Appraiser Matt Willard on Property Valuations

Join us on Tuesday, April 16th as we are inviting all Fairfax businesses and property owners to an informative meeting with Matt Willard, Wyandotte County Appraiser.  Mr. Willard would like to go over this year’s property valuations which is up commercial countywide 13% overall which his higher than in past years. The Fairfax District averaged a 15% increase this year. Mr. Willard will also share some legislation and a couple of other informative items.
